Platform and infrastructure
We design, migrate and harden AWS and Kubernetes platforms, then hand them over with the runbooks that make them somebody else’s easy day.
We are usually called in at one of three moments: the cloud bill stopped making sense, a migration stalled halfway, or the platform works but only one person understands it.
The work is infrastructure as code, sane environments, CI/CD developers trust, observability that answers questions instead of producing dashboards, and cost controls attached to real ownership.
We run hearthd, our own platform, so these opinions come from operating systems rather than reading about them.
What you get
- Reproducible environments in Terraform, no click-ops left
- A deployment pipeline with rollback that has actually been tested
- Observability tied to service ownership and on-call
- A documented cost baseline and the levers that move it
Typical stack
- AWS
- Event-driven
- OpenTelemetry
Where we run this ourselves
- hearthd — the platform underneath
- DoldAdress.se — taking the manual work out of a privacy service
