DoldAdress.se

A Swedish privacy service that gets people delisted from search results and people-search sites. We were brought in to automate the parts that were still being done by hand, and to make the platform hold up.

What it does

  • Removes name, address and phone number from Swedish people-search sites
  • Files delisting requests so results about you drop out of Google Search
  • Monitors continuously and alerts the customer if data is republished
  • Watches dark web dumps and breach data for the customer’s details

What we did

  • Replaced manual email triage with an automated classifier. Google replies to each delisting request by email; a team was reading every one by hand to decide whether the URL had actually been delisted. We connected Google Workspace to read the replies and an OpenAI model to classify the outcome, so a reviewer only sees the cases that need a human.
  • Built the Stripe integration behind subscriptions and payments.
  • Reworked the platform on GCP around an event-driven architecture, which took the reliability and performance problems off the critical path.
  • Integrated additional people-search sites into the removal pipeline, widening the coverage the service can offer.
